Coordinated Entry Specialist:

Kyndall Padzik

Kyndall Padzik is a Coordinated Entry Specialist with the Mohawk Valley Housing and Homeless Coalition and has several years of experience in effective service delivery and coordination. Kyndall is originally from California where she has prior experience working at the airport and Amazon, but it wasn’t until she got a job at rehab facility that she fell in love with helping people. Kyndall then moved to New York in hopes of pursuing a career of helping people and found herself at the Rescue Mission of Utica.

She started as the first woman to work at the men’s shelter as a case manager, where she assisted in linking residents to housing resources as well as working with other community service providers to ensure continued stability. She held that position for 2 years and then moved across the street to run her own program under the supervision of NYS Department of Corrections in conjunction with the Rescue Mission of Utica. There she was responsible for the oversight of residents at Parker House who were coming out of incarceration. In this program Kyndall worked with residents on housing goals, employment and service connection. She also coordinated with parole and probation, local courts and providers within our continuum of care to create service plans that addressed each residents individual needs.

From the Rescue Mission, Kyndall came to Coordinated Entry with an array of experiences and professional relationships that have allowed her to continue serving our most vulnerable populations. At the system level, Kyndall hopes to continue to make a positive and meaningful impact on our community.
