NY State is stepping up in a big way to address the affordable housing and homeless crisis in both New York City and in Upstate NY communities.

The state has issued two related RFP’s for supportive housing: One program covers capital costs (“bricks and mortar”) and the other funds operating and support service costs for units/apartments.
