  • A lack of housing inventory: both rental housing and housing for sale

  • Cost escalation for both rental housing (apartments) and homes for sale

What can we do to address the affordable housing shortage in our region?

Mohawk Valley Housing and Homeless Coalition Hosts Event

The Mohawk Valley Housing & Homeless Coalition hosted a Landlord Appreciation Event on August 27th at the Utica Zoo. We recognize and thank our local rental property owners and managers for providing affordable housing in our community, and for working in partnership with providers in the homeless response system. We are fortunate to have outstanding landlords in our community.

Awards were presented to the following recipients:
